Positive Self-Talk and Courage
A final recap of skills and concepts occurs in Unit 8, teamed with continued work on self- esteem and self-talk. This unit focuses on self and having strong self-esteem and healthy self- talk. Change can be an overwhelming occurrence and can give way to negative self-talk and affect the belief in self. Building on change and taking control of it flexibly and logically, with tools, is a critical part of this unit.
Believing is the essential element explored in this unit. Tools are used to gather evidence to create awareness of the importance and strength of self-talk.
